The company buys from growers who follow strict social and environmental standards. We follow the legal norms and help the communities where we operate. Personnel are protected from contact with pesticides.
Our people
We offer legal benefits as well as a fund specifically intended to help staff members buy, renovate, or construct their own houses. We provide funding for educational initiatives. We also pay part of each employee's meals, providing wholesome and well-balanced lunches.
Water resource management
Seventy percent of our water needs are met by rainwater collected and stored in our greenhouses. Water use is optimized using computerized drip irrigation.
Taking care of the environment
Rice husks are utilized in place of soil in our hydroponic production system, which has been in place since 2005. We recycle this substrate at our processing facility.
